We hope you love everything you order from us, but don't worry, if something is not quite right. 
For in store purchases, you have 2 business days for a full refund or 7 days for exchange or store credit. For online purchases, you have 7 days from receipt of purchase to return or exchange the item.

Please note: We offer a return label for $5 flat fee. If you would like to purchase your own label separately, please bring your return to the post office and mail it back to:

Terms and Conditions of returns and exchanges:

1. We will only accept refunds and exchanges for the items that are returned in the condition they were received. These terms include:

• Unworn
• Unmarked
• Unwashed
• Unscented
• Clean (no deodorant, perfume or makeup stains)
• No rips, pulls or tears

Fringe Boutique maintains the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above criteria. 

2. There are no returns on Final Sale items.

4. Size and color exchanges are permitted. Exchanges are approved upon request and are subject to availability. 

Customer can request pre-paid return label once replacement purchase has been made. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued for the original purchase.

An exchanged item can only be returned for shop credit within 14 days of shipment. 

3. Please allow 2-5 business days from when we receive your package (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise noted.
